Verdun House is an all-male residential treatment facility, accredited by EATA (European Association for the Treatment of Addictions) as of 21 August 2009.
Marina House is an all-female residential treatment facility, accredited by EATA (European Association for the Treatment of Addictions) as of 21 August 2009.
Over time, the body becomes dependent on drugs and physically craves them. The intake process for all our clients is unique to every individual. This is needed to set the stage for the best recovery strategy possible. There are four basic admissions steps:
Initial Contact & Pre-Admission Assessment
Medical, Clinical Assessment.
Detox may be required.
Documentation & Assessment
Admission & Settling In
Upon intake, we will give you an assessment which will be the foundation of your treatment plan that addresses your addiction and your recovery goals. You will be met by our multi-disciplinary team whose primary goal will be to help you feel welcome and comfortable so that you can adjust to your treatment surroundings as quickly as possible. You will be assigned a Counsellor who will help you get settled into our facility for the start of your journey to recovery and healing.
